Shipping is available for Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders.

Shipping Rates

For orders up to 3kg, the flat shipping fee is:

₱90 nationwide

Most book orders fall within this weight category. Roughly 8-10 books.

If an order exceeds 3kg, additional shipping charges may apply. Our team will notify you if necessary.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
Luzon (Provincial): 2–5 business days
Visayas & Mindanao: 4–7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our books are sourced from overrun and clearance inventory, some copies may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as:

• light shelf wear
• small dents on the cover
• slight page discoloration from storage

These are normal for clearance books and do not affect the readability or content of the book.

Our team carefully checks and packs every order to ensure you receive a book in good and readable condition.

For this reason, minor cosmetic imperfections are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

• You received the wrong book, or
• The book has major damage that affects usability (e.g. missing pages, severe printing defect)

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos so our team can assist you.

Important Notes

• We currently do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Orders placed via Cash on Delivery should be accepted upon delivery.
